When it’s time for processing, our birds are transported to a USDA-certified facility where we maintain full oversight of every step.

After processing, our chicken is air-chilled, never water-chilled. This method allows the meat to cool naturally, preserving its integrity, flavor, and texture—without added water or dilution.
